The League of Mexican American Women is a community-based organization established in 1973 by women who were and continue to be involved in community service and social programs. We are excited to announce our Adelante Mujer Conference taking place on Saturday, November 4, 2023 and would like to ask for our community's support to make this event successful.

This year's conference theme is "Mind, Body, and Spirit." Our focus is on young women in high school who are predominantly of Latino descent. Many of these young women face socio-economic adversity and a lack of positive role models, and many have never been exposed to environments that promote self-advancement outside of traditional educational settings. At this year's Adelante Mujer Conference, we would like to expose participants to careers focusing on physical, mental, and spiritual wellness and promoting resilience and self-awareness. The conference is entirely free to over 200 participants and their chaperones whom we expect to empower with this exceptional information.
