The Adelante Mujer Conference is a free, one-day STEAM leadership experience created to expand opportunity for young Latinas across the Central Valley.

This year’s theme, Her Roots, Her Future: Latinas in STEAM, brings students together with mentors and professionals to explore careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math—fields where Latinas remain underrepresented.

By removing cost as a barrier, the conference ensures students have access to hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world career exposure. Sponsorship support makes this access possible.
